Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of family-work conflict, work stress, and ethical leadership on the desire to leave employees. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this study is female employees at PT. A. J. Central Asia Raya West Jakarta with a sample of 95 respondents. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool 3.2.8. The results showed that family-work conflict had a positive and significant effect on employee desirability. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee desire to leave, and ethical leadership has a negative and significant effect on employee desire to leave Keywords : Family-work conflict, work stress, ethical leadership, turnover intention employees Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh konflik keluarga-pekerjaan, stres kerja, dan kepemimpinan etis terhadap keinginan keluar karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan wanita pada PT. A. J. Central Asia Raya Jakarta Barat dengan sampel 95 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukan konflik keluargapekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan keluar karyawan. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan keluar karyawan, serta kepemimpinan etis berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan keluar karyawan. Kata kunci : Konflik keluarga-pekerjaan, stres kerja, Kepemimpinan etis, Keinginan keluar karyawan.
