Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Salary Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction and Job Stress Against Employee Turnover Intention of PT. Samhana Indah. The research design used in this study is causal research. The measurement in this study uses a Likert scale. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Samhana Indah, amounting to 52 people. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire that is distributing questionnaires or questions filled out by respondents who were sampled in this study. This study uses data analysis methods using SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study indicate that (1) Salary Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, (2) Based on the research results, it is known that Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, ( 3) Based on the results of the study, it is known that Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Keyword: Turnover Intention, Salary Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction, Job Stress Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan Gaji, Kepuasan Kerja Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan PT. Samhana Indah. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal. Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Karyawan PT. Samhana Indah yang berjumlah 52 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yaitu menyebarkan selebaran angket atau pertanyaan yang diisi oleh responden yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepuasan Gaji berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, (2) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, (3) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Kata Kunci: Turnover Intention, Kepuasan Gaji, Kepuasan Kerja, Stres Kerja
