Abstract
PT. PANIN INDONESIA Tbk, is a service industry company engaged in banking which is one of the largest banks in Indonesia and registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). PT Panin has made improvements to the facilities and assets owned by the company, one of which is the ATM (Automatic Teller Machine), but with the large number of ATM machines contained in KCU Under CBD Pluit still many machines that fail in the operation. The existence of a problem like this requires a maintenance that is arranged periodically so that customers who want to make transactions at the ATM machine do not experience losses and impact on customer trust in the bank. There are two tools that can be used to help solve problems, namely Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). The use of FMEA can identify the risk of failure during the operation of the ATM machine. With FMEA, it can be seen that the failure mode has a major effect on the failure of the operation of the ATM machine obtained through the Risk Priority Number (RPN) value. The value of RPN is obtained from the multiplication of three indicators, namely S (severity), O (occurance), D (Detection). The highest RPN result is 336, hardware category, HW002 risk ID, failure mode is the chip sensor is broken. Then four consecutive high RPN values are, 240 (in the network category with the failure mode of the gateway). 196 (in the category of people with the mode of failure of folded money). 108 (in the people category with a dirty slot dispenser failure mode). 40 (in the hardware category with blue ink failure mode settles). Based on the frequent damage in the operation of the ATM machine, a scheduling plan will be carried out to regulate the maintenance of the ATM machine under the KCU CBD whistle with a total of 12 ATM machines. PANIN INDONESIA Tbk, merupakan perusahaan industri jasa yang bergerak di bidang perbankan yang merupakan salah satu bank terbesar di Indonesia dan terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). PT Panin telah melakukan perbaikan terhadap fasilitas dan asset yang dimiliki perusahaan salah satunya mesin ATM (Automatic Teller Machine), namun dengan banyaknya jumlah mesin ATM yang terdapat dalam KCU Under CBD Pluit masih banyak mesin yang mengalami kegagalan dalam proses pengoprasian. Adanya masalah seperti ini dibutuhkan adanya sebuah perawatan yang tersusun secara berkala agar nasabah yang hendak melakukan transaksi di mesin ATM tidak mengalami kerugian dan berimbas pada kepercayaan nasabah terhadap bank. Ada dua tool yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu mengatasi permasalahan yaitu Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). Penggunaan FMEA dapat mengidentifikasi risiko kegagalan selama proses pengoprasian mesin ATM. Dengan FMEA, dapat diketahui moda kegagalan yang berpengaruh besar terhadap kegagalan pengoprasian mesin ATM yang didapat melalui nilai Risk Priority Number(RPN). Nilai RPN diperoleh dari perkalian tiga indikator yaitu S (severity), O (occurance), D (Detection). Hasil RPN tertinggi yaitu 336, kategori hardware, risk ID HW002, mode kegagalan yaitu sensor chip rusak. Kemudian secara berturut-turut empat nilai RPN yang tinggi adalah, 240 (pada kategori network dengan mode kegagalan adanya gangguan gateway). 196 (pada kategori people dengan mode kegagalan uang terlipat). 108 (pada kategori people dengan mode kegagalan dispenser slot kotor). 40 (pada kategori hardware dengan mode kegagalan blue ink mengendap). Berdasarkan seringnya terjadi kerusakan dalam pengoperasian mesin ATM maka akan dilakukan rencana penjadwalan untuk mengatur perawatan mesin ATM di under KCU CBD pluit yang terdapat jumlah 12 mesin ATM.
