Abstract
Penelitian dengan judul “ PENGARUH MOTIVASI, ROTASI PEKERJAAN DAN PELATIHAN KERJA TERHADAP EFEKTIFITAS KERJA KARYAWAN ( PT Bank HSBC Indonesia)”. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh motivasi, rotasi dan pelatihan kerja terhadap efektifitas kerja karyawan yang bekerja di PT Bank HSBC Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan tetap yang bekerja di Bank HSBC. Adapun variable dalam penelitian ini adalah variable independen dan variable dependen. Untuk variable independen terdiri dari Motivasi,Rotasi dan Pelatihan Kerja. Sementara variable dependennya adalah Efektifitas Kerja Karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini data dianalisis menggunakan progam SPSS (Statistical roduct and Service Solutions) 21. Dari hasil penelian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan maupun parsial antara variable moyivasi, rotasi, pelatihan kerja dengan efektifitas kerja . Dari pengujian tersebut diperoleh hasil adanya pengaruh dari variable indepent tersebut terhadap variable dependent. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Rotasi, Pelatihan Kerja, Efektifitas Kerja. The study entitle “EFFECT OF MOTIVATION, ROTATION, AND JOB TRAINING THROUGH THE JOB EMPLOYEE EFEKTIVITAS (PT. Bank HSBC Indonesia). This research was conducts to see the effect of motivation, rotation and job training on the effectiveness of the work of employees working at PT Bank HSBC Indonesia . This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to permanent employees working at HSBC Bank. The variables in this study are independent variables and dependent variables. For Independent variables consisting of Motivation, Rotation and Job Training While the dependent variable is Employee Work Effectiveness. In this study the data were analyzed using the SPSS 21. From the results of the study note that there are significant simultaneous or partial effects between variables of motivation, rotation, job training and work effectiveness. The test results obtained from the influence of these independent variables on the dependent variable. Keywords: Motivation, Rotation, Job Training, Work Effectiveness.
