Abstract

Hubungan Terpenting dalam organisasi adalah hubungan dengan karyawan disemua level. Istilah publik internal dan publik eksternal mengacu pada baik itu manager maupun orang-orang yang menjadi bawahannya. Publik ini merupakan sumber daya terbesar dari organisasi. Komunikasi akan kehilangan sebagian besar potensi sumber daya manusia karena tidak memprioritaskan komunikasi dua arah yang efektif yang merupakan landasan untuk hubungan management/karyawan dan kinerja pekerja secara keseluruhan disaat kondisi konflik sebuah Organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi Komunikasi dalam mempertahankan loyalitas karyawan pasca konflik Management Dikdasmen Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Al Kamal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus pada unit pendidikan TK,SMA dan SMK Al Kamal. Subjek penelitian di dapat dari sumber untuk dimintai informasi yaitu Publik Relations Management Sekolah Al Kamal, Kepala Sekolah TK, SMA dan SMK Al Kamal. Hasil penelitian terhadap beberapa hal yaitu Komunikasi Organisasi guna mempertahankan loyalitas guru dan karyawan, Pendekatan Psikodinamika menceritakan mengenai sejarah yang sesungguhnya, Pendekatan Sosialkultural tugas guru hanya mendidik siswa/i, Pendekatan The Meaning Constructions memenuhi kesejahteraan guru dan karyawan agar tetap loyal, Lobby untuk meyakinkan guru dan karyawan tetap bertahan, Negosiasi memberikan tambahan kesejahteraan yang lebih, Strategi Komunikasi membuat hubungan yang harmonis dan melakukan aktifitas lobby dan negosiasi guna mempertahankan loyalitas guru dan karyawan. The Most Important Relationship in organization is the relationship with all employees among all levels. The terms internal and external public refer to managers and their subordinates. In addition, public is the largest resource of an organization. Communication will lose most of its resources since it does not prioritize an effectively two-way communication, as a foundation in management/employee relationship and all employee performance when conflicts occur in an Organization. This research aims to analyze Communication strategy in maintaining employee loyalty after Al Kamal Islamic Boarding School Foundation conflict. The method uses was a case study in all levels of education in Al Kamal started from Kindergarten, Senior High School, and Vocational High School. The research subjects were from Al Kamal School Public Relations Management, Principals of all levels of education in Al Kamal (Kindergarten, Senior High School, and Vocational High School. The results obtained are as follows. First, Organization Communication works to maintain teacher and employee loyalty. Second, Psychodynamic Approach indicates the real history. Third, from Socio Cultural Approach, the teacher's task is only to educate students. Fourth, Meaning Construction approach fulfills the teacher and employees welfare so that they always loyal. Fifth, Lobbying convinces teachers and employees to stay. Sixth, Negotiation provides additional welfare. Last, Communication Strategies create harmonious relationship and lobbying and negotiation activities works to maintain the teacher and employee loyalty.
