Abstract
Kemajuan infrastruktur di Indonesia dewasa ini telah mempengaruhi industri konstruksi, salah satunya adalah beton.Tingginya kebutuhan beton sebagai komponen utama pembangunan membuat supplier industri ini harus memiliki kinerja dan kapabilitas terhadap permintaan. Pada industri beton (ready mix dan pracetak) sering memiliki permasalahan terkait pengadaan material pasir yang fluktuatif yang disebabkan oleh kemampuan supplier untuk memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan sehingga perlu dilakukan proses seleksi supplier dengan jenis kriterianya. Penelitian ini menguji nilai bobot kriteria (Pengiriman, Kualitas, Pelayanan, Harga dan Manajemen) serta nilai preferensi dari lima supplier terpilih dengan metode AHP dan TOPSIS. Pada langkah pertama dilakukan pengujian bobot antar kriterianya, lalu diujikan bobot antar subkriterianya dengan metode AHP. Selanjutnya diujikan nilai preferensinya dari metode TOPSIS dengan terbobot dari hasil penentuan dengan AHP. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh hasil dari metode AHP bahwa kualitas memiliki bobot kriteria terbesar dengan nilai 0,29, selain itu subkriteria dengan bobot kriteria terbesar adalah historis kerja sama perusahaan dengan nilai 0,56. Sedangkan supplier dengan nilai preferensi terbesar dengan metode TOPSIS adalah PT TTJ dengan nilai preferensi sebesar 0,69. Kata kunci: Pemilihan Supplier, AHP, TOPSIS, Industri Beton Ready Mix. Infrastructure progress in Indonesia today has affected the construction industry, one of which is concrete. The high demand for concrete as a major component of development has made these industrial suppliers have performance and capability to demand. PT XYZ is a ready mix and precast company that has problems in the procurement of fluctuating sand material and does not meet the target in 2017, due to supplier performance so that suppliers need to be selected with its criteria. This study examined the criteria (Delivery, Quality, Service, Price and Management) and preference values of the five selected suppliers using the AHP and TOPSIS methods. In the first step we tested the weight between the criteria, then tested the weight between the sub-criteria with the AHP method. Then tested the value of the preference of the TOPSIS method by weighting the results of the determination by AHP. From the results of this study the results obtained from the AHP method that quality has the largest criteria weight with a value of 0.29, besides the sub-criteria with the largest weighting criteria is the history of corporate cooperation with a value of 0.56. Whereas the supplier with the largest preference value with the TOPSIS method is PT TTJ with a preference value of 0.69. Key words: Supplier Selection, AHP, TOPSIS, Ready Mix Concrete Industry
