Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on employee work engagement at PT. World Innovative Telecommunication. This research is a quantitative research using technical regression and sample collection techniques by distributing questionnaires used is total sampling with a population of about 171 employees and the determination of the number of samples in this study is 100% of the population. Data analysis was tested using SPSS Version 22 Software. The results showed partially that intrinsic motivation had a positive and significant effect on work engagement, it was obtained R Square value (R2) of 0.186 then extrinsic motivation had a positive and significant effect on work engagement obtained R Square value (R2 ) of 0.637. while simultaneously, the two independent variables of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on work achievment in employees of PT. World Innovative Telecommunication, the F value generated in this study is 0.000. Keywords: intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, Work Engagement Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan pada PT. World Innovative. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknis regresi dan teknik pengumpulan sampel dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang digunakan adalah total populasi dengan jumlah populasi sekitar 171 karyawan dan penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini mengambil 100% jumlah populasi. Analisis data digunakan uji dengan Software SPSS Versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial bahwa motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja diperoleh nilai R Square (R2) sebesar 0,186 selanjutnya motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja diperoleh nilai R Square (R2) sebesar 0,637. sedangkan secara simultan, kedua variabel bebas motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja pada karyawan PT. World Innovative Telecommunication, nilai F yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini adalah sebesar 0,000 . Kata kunci : motivasi intrinsik, motivasi ekstrinsik, keterikatan kerja
