Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation to quality of work life employees in PT. Tesla Lighting International this research is a quantitative research using technical regression and sample collection techniques by distributing questionnaires used is saturated sampling using a standard error of 5% of the samples collected 82 questionnaires Data analysis was used test with SPSS Version 24 software. the results showed partially that intrinsic motivation had a positive and significant effect on quality of work life obtained by the value of R Square (R2) of 0,844 then extrinsic motivation had a positive and significant effect on quality of work life obtained by R Square (R2) of 0,951. while simultaneously, the two independent variables of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on quality of work life in employees of PT. Tesla Lighting International, the value of R Square generated in this study is 0,970. keywords: intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, quality of work life Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja pada karyawan PT. Tesla Lighting International. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknis regresi dan teknik pengumpulan sampel dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh menggunakan error standard sebesar 5% sampel yang terkumpul 82 angket.. Analisis data digunakan uji dengan Software SPSS Versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial bahwa motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja diperoleh nilai R Square (R2) sebesar 0,844 selanjutnya motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja diperoleh nilai R Square (R2) sebesar 0,951. sedangkan secara simultan, kedua variabel bebas motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja pada karyawan PT. Tesla Lighting International, nilai R Square yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini adalah sebesar 0,970. Kata kunci : motivasi intrinsik, motivasi ekstrinsik, kualitas kehidupan kerja
