Abstract
Dalam melaukan kegiatan operational pada industri komponen otomotif ditemui berbagai ririkso yang dapat mempengaruhi jaringan rantai pasok secara keseluruhan. Risiko dapat dikendalikan dengan melakukan manajemen risiko . Implementasi manajemen ririsko perusahaan dapat mengadopsi dari ISO 31000 : 2018 sebagai pedoman bagi perusahaan untuk mengelola untuk menciptakan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik. Fokus dalam dalam penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan kerangka kerja konseptual yang berlandaskan ISO 31000: 2018 untuk memitigasi risiko dalam kegiatan rantai pasok pada industri komponen otomotif . Metode yang digunakan dalam identifikasi dan evaluasi adalah House of Risk (HOR) yang merupakan pengembangan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan Quality Function Development (QFD). Hasil mitigasi risiko yang diprioritaskan untuk direalisasikan adalah meningkatkan skill dan kompetensi pekerja,menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan,membuat sistim control aliran material,auto cleaned dengan anti virus, membuat kebijakan punishment. Kata kunci : Supply chain, House of Risk, Risk priority, Mitigation action
