Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of resilience to job satisfaction of nurses in mental hospitals Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan Jakarta. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to nurses with a total sample of 134 subjects. The data analysis technique in this study used the pearson correlation statistical analysis method with the help of SPSS 24 application. Based on the pearson correlation test results obtained a value of 0.233 with a significance value of 0.006 <0.05, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship significantly between the variables of resilience and job satisfaction in nurses in psychiatric hospitals Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan Jakarta. Keywords: Resilience, Job Satisfaction Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan resiliensi dengan kepuasan kerja perawat di rumah sakit jiwa Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner pada perawat dengan jumlah sampel 134 subjek. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis statistik pearson correlation dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 24. Berdasarkan hasil uji pearson correlation didapatkan hasil nilai 0,233 dengan niai signifikansi sebesar 0,006 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antra variabel resiliensi dan kepuasan kerja pada perawat di rumaah sakit jiwa Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan Jakarta. Kata Kunci: Resiliensi, Kepuasan Kerja
