Abstract
competence of human resources on company performance. Inventory is one of important assets owned by the company as well as the competence of human resources in the organization or company that has an important role in achieving company goals. The research design used was causal and data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument. The population of this study were employees of PT.Erakomp Infonusa abd the sample was randomly selected as many 90 employees. The analysis used is multiple lier regression. The results of the study indicate that simultaneous variables of internal control systems of goods are affect to the company performance, partially the company's internal control systems of goods also affect company performance. Simultaneously the competence of human resources affects company performance, partially the effectiveness of human resources also affects the company's performance at PT. Erakomp Infonusa with a positive coefficient direction. Therefore the need for a good internal control system and effective human resources to optimize company performance Keywords: Internal control system of goods, human resources competence, company performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh sistem pengendalian internal persediaan barang dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Persediaan merupakan salah satu aktiva penting yang dimiliki perusahaan begitu juga kompetensi sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi atau perusahaan yang memiliki peran penting dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kausal dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrument kuesioner. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalaha karyawan PT.Erakomp Infonusa dan sampel dipilih secara random sebanyak 90 karyawan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan sistem pengendalian internal persediaan barang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahan, secara parsial sistem pengendalian internal perusaahaan juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Secara simultan kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, secara parsial kompetensi sumber daya manusia juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada PT. Erakomp Infonusa dengan arah koefesien positif. Dengan demikian jika manajemen menghendaki kinerja perusahaan meningkat maka diperlukan peningkatan sistem pengendalian internal persediaaan barang dagang dan peningkatan kompetensi karyuawan.
