Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model yang komprehensif dengan mengukur pengaruh stress kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kompensasi terhadap intensi turnover karyawan di PT Mulia Knitting Factory. Penelitian ini menerapkan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Untuk menentukan ukuran sampel digunakan rumus Slovin. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan model acak berstrata disproporsional sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 18.00 untuk menguji pengaruh signifikansi dari keseluruhan model dan kerangka pemikiran yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial stress kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi turnover, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap intensi turnover dan kompensasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap intensi turnover. Temuan selanjutnya secara bersama-sama stres kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap intensi turnover. Kata kunci: Stres Kerja, Kompensasi, Komitmen Organissi, Intensi Turnover The purpose of this study is to develop a comprehensive model by measuring the influences of work stress, organizational commitment and compensation on employee turnover intentions at PT Mulia Knitting Factory. This research applies a descriptive research design using survey methods. To determine the sample size the Slovin formula is used. Sampling uses a disproportionate randomized model as a sampling technique. This study uses the SPSS version 18.00 application to examine the significance of the overall predetermined model and framework. Findings show that work stress partially has a positive effect on turnover intentions, organizational commitment has a negative effect on turnover intentions and compensation has a negative effect on turnover intentions. Further findings together work stress, organizational commitment and compensation affect turnover intentions. Keywords: Job Stress, Compensation, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intentions
