Abstract

Tourism is an activity that is needed by the community. People see traveling as a separate way to enjoy their leisure time and people will look for tourist attractions that suit them. In supporting the tourism area, the community can take part as one, for example, hotels or other facilities such as restaurants and meeting places that can attract visitors to tourist areas to stay longer. In developing the design to fulfill the Green Building concept as a reference in designing. The design of this restaurant and boutique hotel is located in the city area of Magelang, Banyuurip village. Keywords: Franchise Restaurant, Boutique Hotel, Magelang Pariwisata merupakan kegiatan yang menjadi kebutuhan masyarakat. Masyarakat melihat berwisata sebagai salah satu cara tersendiri untuk menikmati waktu senggang yang kemudian masyarakat akan mencari tempat wisata yang sesuai dengan mereka. Dalam menunjang kawasan pariwisata masyarakat dapat ambil andil sebagai salah satu contohnya hotel ataupun fasilitas lainnya seperti restoran dan tempat pertemuan yang dapat menarik minat pengunjung Kawasan wisata untuk menetap lebih lama. Dalam pengembangannya perancangan untuk memenuhi konsep Green Building sebagai acuan dalam merancang. Perancangan restoran dan hotel butik ini bertempat di Kawasan kota Magelang desa Banyuurip.
