Abstract
There are potentials that exist in Magelang Regency as a city of education, trade, and leading tourist destination cities that are already popular, so development is carried out to make a physical plan in the form of Franchised Restaurants, Boutique Hotels, Offices and Residential Homes. Through Franchise Restaurant Design, Boutique Hotel and Office is expected to be able to become a place for activities and needs oriented towards comfort, environmental attention, economy and improving the lifestyle of the region. By carrying out the concept of Green Building, which is a building where since it starts in the planning, construction, operation and maintenance stages, it pays attention to aspects in protecting, conserving, reducing the use of natural resources, maintaining the quality of indoor air quality, and paying attention to the health of its occupants. all of which adhere to sustainable rules. The Green Building concept is applied to buildings, both in the concept of mass composition, and the placement of space in the building by applying environmentally friendly concepts and energy saving concepts. Keywords: Green Building, Franchise Restaurant, and Boutique Hotel. Adanya potensi – potensi yang terdapat pada Kabupaten Magelang sebagai kota pendidikan, perdagangan, dan kota destinasi wisata unggulan yang sudah popular maka dilakukan pengembangan untuk membuat sebuah perencanaan fisik berupa Resto Waralaba, Hotel Butik, Kantor dan Rumah Tinggal. Melalui Perancangan Resto Waralaba, Hotel Butik dan Kantor ini diharapkan mampu menjadi wadah sebagai kebutuhan aktivitas-aktivitas dan sebagai kebutuhan yang diorientasikan pada kenyamanan, perhatian lingkungan, perekonomian dan meningkatkan gaya hidup wilayah tersebut. Dengan mengusung konsep Green Building, yaitu bangunan dimana sejak dimulai dalam tahap perencanaan, pembangunan, pengoperasian hingga dalam operasional pemeliharaannya memperhatikan aspek-aspek dalam melindungi, menghemat, mengurangi penggunaan sumber daya alam, menjaga mutu dari kualitas udara di dalam ruangan, dan memperhatikan kesehatan penghuninya yang semuanya berpegang kepada kaidah bersinambungan. Konsep Green Building diaplikasikan pada bangunan, baik pada konsep gubahan massa, maupun penempatan ruang pada bangunan dengan penerapan konsep ramah lingkungan dan konsep hemat energi.
