Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leverage, Size, and Dividend Policy on Companny Valuer. The population used in this study is manufacturing wich was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. sampels ware taken by porpusive sampling tachnique which is based on certain criteria. The number of manufacturing companies sampled in this study were 47 companies with observations over 3 years. Based on the the purposive sampling method, the total sample is 171 anual reports. data analysis is this research uses descriptive analysis and multiple regresision analysis through SPSS version 20. The hypothesis thet results show that (1) Leverage, does not have a effect on company value (2) Size has an effect on Companny Value (3) Dividend Policy does not have a effect on Company Value Keywords: Leverage, Size, Dividend Poliicy, Company Value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Leverage, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2018. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu didasarkan pada kriteria tertentu. Jumlah perusahaan manufaktur yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 47 perusahaan dengan pengamatan selama 3 tahun. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, total sampel adalah 171 laporan tahunan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda melalui program SPSS versi 20. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa (1) Leverage, tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (2) Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (3) Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata kunci: Leverage, Ukuran Perusahaan, Kebijakan Dividen, Nilai Perusahaan.
