Abstract
Based on observations researchers that factor performances having trouble or influential in Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia Pusat. Based on test results on the pre survey put of the satisfaction, compensation and discipline as a factor most commonly influence it among other factors that inventory based on answers from presurvey. From those three factors satisfaction, compensation, and the discipline with the researchers trying to elaborating further research in order to find an answer in a comprehensive manner whether variable satisfaction, compensation, and discipline had an influence on employee performance significantly, and what about the third factor simultaneously and variable what the most powerful impact they may have on the performance of the level of significance. This study using the algorithms calculate smartpls version 3.0 of the sample collection or technique using a technique nonprobability sample saturated with total sampling overall contract employees ( temporary ) KPI Pusat as many as 125 people. he research is quantitatively with linear regression analysis method to get the results of multiple variable Y entanglement with X include 0.987 or 98,7% as for the rest of 1,3%. It means that the determination exogen variable (job satisfaction, compensation and discipline) against endogenous (performance) very high. The influence simultaneous variable job satisfaction, compensation and performance on discipline (KN) showed the value where F count on this research by this 3170,285 an F table on the alpha F value table in the alpha 0.05 is 2.68. This means f count > f table ( 2.68 ), then the simultaneous all the variables ( H4 ) received and significant. That is the good level of satisfaction, compensation and discipline employee will better the effects on performance. Keywords: Satisfaction, Compensation and discipline performance. Berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti bahwa faktor kinerja mengalami permasalahan atau berpengaruh di lembaga Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia Pusat. Berdasarkan hasil uji pra survei menempatkan kepuasan, kompensasi dan kedisiplinan sebagai faktor paling dominan yang mempengaruhinya diantara faktor lain yang terinventarisir berdasarkan jawaban dari uji pra- survei. Dari ketiga faktor kepuasan, kompensasi dan kedisiplinan tersebut peneliti mencoba melakukan pendalaman dengan penelitian lebih lanjut guna menemukan jawaban secara komprehensif apakah variable kepuasan, kompensasi, dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan secara signifikan, dan bagaimana dengan ketiga factor tersebut secara simultan serta variable apa yang paling kuat tingkat signifikansi pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan hitungan calculate SmartPLS versi 3.0 algoritma dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability atau teknik sampel jenuh dengan total sampling secara keseluruhan karyawan kontrak (honorer) KPI Pusat sebanyak 125 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda didapatkan hasil keterkaitan variabel Y dengan X yaitu 0.987 atau 98,7% adapun sisanya sebesar 1,3%. Artinya bahwa tingkat determinasi variabel eksogen (kepuasan kerja, kompensasi, dan kedisiplinan) terhadap endogennya (kinerja) sangat tinggi. Pengaruh simultan variabel kepuasan kerja, kompensasi, dan kedispilinan terhadap Kinerja (KN) menunjukan nilai dimana F hitung pada penelitian ini sebesar 3170,285 nilai F tabel pada alpha 0.05 yaitu 2.68. Hal ini berarti f hitung > f Tabel (2.68), maka uji simultansi semua variabel (H4) diterima dan diartikan signifikan. Artinya semakin baik tingkat kepuasan, kompensasi, dan kedisiplinan karyawan akan semakin baik dampaknya terhadap kinerja. Kata kunci: Kepuasan, kompensasi, kedisiplinan, kinerja.
