Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and examine the factors that influence the behavior of banking customers in using the Digital Savings application in Indonesia. Where these factors are obtained from two theories, namely Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), including perceived benefits, perceived ease of use, attitudes, perceptions of behavioral control. And added other variables, namely social influence and trust. This type of research is descriptive and verification, so the research method used is explanatory survey. The population is Digital Savings customers at banks that have Digital Savings products in DKI Jakarta. The number of samples required is 174 customers, using the Hair formula, with purposive sampling technique. This study will be tested and analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression statistical test. The results showed that there were three variables that influenced the intention to use the Digital Savings application, namely intention to use, attitude and belief. While the variables of ease of use, perceived benefits, behavioral control and social influence did not significantly affect the intention to use the Digital Savings application. Keywords: TPB, TAM, Trust, Social Influence, Intention to Use and Behavior of Using Digital Savings Applications Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku nasabah perbankan dalam menggunakan aplikasi Tabungan Digital di Indonesia. Dimana faktor-faktor tersebut diperoleh dari dua teori yaitu Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) diantaranya manfaat yang dirasakan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, sikap, persepsi kontrol perilaku. Serta ditambah variabel lainnya yaitu social influence dan trust. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif dan verivikatif, sehingga metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksplanatori survey. Adapun yang menjadi populasi adalah nasabah Tabungan Digital pada perbankan yang memiliki produk Tabungan Digital di DKI Jakarta. Adapun jumlah sampel yang dibutuhkan sebesar 174 nasabah, menggunakan rumus Hair, dengan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Penelitian ini akan diuji dan dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada tiga variabel yang mempengaruhi niat menggunakan aplikasi Tabungan Digital yaitu niat menggunakan, sikap dan kepercayaan. Sedangkan variabel kemudahan penggunaan, manfaat yang dirasakan, kontrol perilaku dan pengaruh sosial tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan aplikasi Tabungan Digital.
