Abstract

Magelang is a city of education, trade and a city with superior tourist destinations that are already popular with students, traders and domestic and foreign tourists. Its location is close to the Borobudur temple, the city of Yogyakarta, the city of Semarang and the City of Salatiga, making Magelang a frequent stopover for traders and tourists. In addition to that attraction, Magelang has a lot of potential natural beauty that has not been widely explored, so that some of the newly discovered tourist attractions become new things and have a special attraction to tourists. In this design, the project to be designed is a Franchise Restaurant, Boutique Hotel, Office, and Residential House, the land is in the village of Banyuurip, Magelang, the land is contoured with a fairly steep contour depth of 10 meters below the main road, with a land area of 5,030. m2, This design applies the concept of green building, and the use of local materials in the building to make it look natural and environmentally friendly, in addition to utilizing the contours of the land as efficiently as possible so as to minimize cut and fill in order to be sustainable. Being existing and being born again is the meaning of Punaruppatti which comes from the Old Javanese vocabulary, namely the words "puna" and "uppati". The word "puna" means "again" or "return", while the word "uppati" comes from the word "uppajati" which means "to emerge out" or "to materialize" which is related to the word "teak" which means to be born. This name is taken as the meaning of the project owner, Mr. Gunawan and his wife, who returned to their homeland in Magelang after years of working abroad. Keywords : Magelang Regency, Green Architecture, Boutique Hotel, Restaurant (franchise), Office, Residence. Magelang adalah kota Pendidikan, perdagangan dan kota dengan destinasi wisata unggulan yang sudah popular bagi pelajar, pedagang dan turis domestic maupun mancanegara. Lokasinya yang dekat dengan candi Borobudur, kota Di Yogyakarta, kota semarang dan Kota Salatiga, menjadikan Magelang sering menjadi tempat persinggahan bagi para pedangan dan turis. Selain daya tarik itu, Magelang memiliki banyak sekali potensi keindahan alam yang belum banyak dieksplorasi, sehingga menjadikan beberapa daya Tarik wisata yang baru ditemukan menjadi hal bari dan memiliki ketertarikan tersendiri terhadap wisatawan. Pada perancangan kali ini proyek yang akan dirancang adalah Resto Waralaba, Hotel Butik, Kantor, dan Rumah Tinggal, lahan berada di desa Banyuurip, Magelang, kondisi lahan ber kontur dengan kedalaman kontur yang cukup curam 10-meter dibawah jalan raya, dengan luas lahan 5.030 m2, Perancangan ini menerapkan konsep green building, dan penggunaan matérial lokal pada bangunan nya agar terkesan natural dan ramah lingkungan, selain itu juga memanfaatkan kontur tanah seefisien mungkiin supaya bisa meminimalisir cut and fill agar bisa sustainable. Menjadi ada dan Lahir Kembali adalah arti dari Punaruppatti yang berasal dari kosa kata Jawa Kuno yaitu kata “puna” dan “uppati”. Kata “puna berarti “lagi” atau “Kembali”, sedangkan kata “uppati” berasal dari kata “uppajati” yang berarti “muncul keluar” atau “mewujud” yang berhubungan dengan kata “jati” berarti lahir. Nama ini di ambil sebagai arti dari pemilik proyek yaitu Bapak Gunawan dan istrinya yang Kembali ke tanah kelahirannya di magelang setelah bertahun-tahun bekerja di luar negeri. Kata Kunci : Kabupaten Magelang, Green Architecture, Hotel Butik, Restoran (waralaba), Kantor, Rumah Tinggal.
