Abstract
Magelang Regency In addition to presenting tours about temples, it also offers natural potential in the form of a stretch of mountains and hills that surround this area. The existence of Borobudur Temple can be said to be the main magnet in Magelang Regency and an attraction to bring in tourists, both domestic and foreign tourists. Based on the description of tourists who come to tourist attractions in Magelang Regency, with the addition of accommodation facilities and providing complete facilities for business meetings as well as recreation areas for tourists, one of them is by building lodging in the form of boutique hotels, franchise restaurants & outdoor rental areas. best can be done. by utilizing the natural potential around Magelang Regency. The basic concept of designing this building refers to the theme of Green Building with the concept of Bioclimatic Architecture, where bioclimatic is a concept solution developed in accordance with natural conditions. Keywords: Magelang Regency, Green building, Bioclimatic Architecture, Boutique Hotel, Franchise Restaurant. Kabupaten Magelang Selain menyuguhkan wisata tentang candi, juga menyuguhkan potensi alam berupa hamparan pegunungan dan perbukitan yang mengelilingi daerah ini. Keberadaan Candi Borobudur dapat dikatakan sebagai magnet utama di Kabupaten Magelang & Menjadi daya tarik untuk mendatangkan wisatawan, baik wisatawan domestik maupun wisatawan mancanegara. Berdasarkan deskripsi mengenai wisatawan yang datang ke tempat wisata di Kabupaten Magelang ini, dengan adanya penambahan fasilitas akomondasi dan menyediakan fasilitas lengkap untuk pertemuan berbisnis sekaligus tempat berekreasi bagi wisatawan sala satunya dengan membangun penginapan berupa hotel butik, Resto waralaba & Area sewa outdoor merupakan salah satu opsi terbaik dapat dilakukan. dengan memanfaatkan potensi alam sekitar Kabupaten Magelang. Konsep dasar dari perancangan bangunan ini merujuk pada tema Green Building / Bangunan hijau yang berkonsep Arsitektur Bioklimatik yang mana bioklimatik adalah sala satu solusi konsep yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan kondisi alam. Kata Kunci : Kabupaten Magelang, Green building, Arsitektur Bioklimatik, Hotel Butik, Resto Waralaba.
