Abstract
The Ciletuh Sukabumi Geopark area was chosen as the location for designing the Villa and Hotel. This area still has a unique tourist charm that can pamper tourists. Apart from this, the attraction of Panenjoan beaches and hills is a magnet for foreign tourists to travel, because the Ciletuh Geopark area is an area that has beautiful nature, typical of hillside beaches in mountainous areas with cool air and fantastic views. Because of the great interest of local and foreign tourists to travel in the Ciletuh Geopark Area, this needs to be balanced with the provision of adequate accommodation. Accommodation service providers continue to compete in creating the best accommodation that can cover all the activities of their tourists. Underlying with the aim of having fun, therefore, tourism service providers facilitate it by building a Villa and Hotel to support the Ciletuh Geopark tourist area. One of the areas in the Ciletuh Geopark that is very interesting is Panenjoan Hill, and like the ones in a number of locations spread across Indonesia, the views offered are also special. Its location is easy to reach, making this tourist destination in Ciletuh Geopark quite popular with local tourists. By sharing tourist attractions such as selfie spots that are quite popular with a special natural background. Keywords: Villa & Hotel, Neo-Vernacular, Alam, Sukabumi, West Java Kawasan Geopark Ciletuh Sukabumi dipilih sebagai lokasi perancangan Villa dan Hotel. Kawasan ini masih memiliki pesona wisata yang unik yang dapat memanjakan para wisatawan. Selain ini daya tarik pantai dan bukit Panenjoan merupakan magnet bagi turis mancanegara untuk berwisata, karena kawasan Geopark Ciletuh merupakan kawasan yang memiliki alam yang asri, khas pantai bukit di daerah pegunungan dengan udara yang sejuk dan pemandangan yang fantastis. Karena besarnya minat para turis local maupun mancanegara untuk berwisata di Kawasan Geopark Ciletuh hal tersebut perlu diimbangi dengan penyediaan akomodasi yang memadai. Para penyedia jasa akomodasi terus berlomba-lomba dalam menciptakan akomodasi terbaik yang dapat mengcover segala aktifitas para wisatanya. Mendasari dengan tujuan untuk bersenang-senang oleh sebab itu para penyedia jasa wisata memfasilitasinya dengan membagun sebuah Villa dan Hotel sebagai penunjang kawasan wisata Geopark Ciletuh. Salah satu kawasan di Geopark Ciletuh yang sangat menarik adalah Bukit Panenjoan, dan seperti yang ada di sejumlah lokasi yang tersebar di Indonesia, pemandangan yang ditawarkan juga istimewa. Lokasinya yang mudah dijangkau, membuat destinasi wisata di Geopark Ciletuh ini cukup populer dikunjungi wisatawan lokal.
