Abstract

Magelang is a city of education, trade and a city with popular tourist destinations for local and foreign tourists. Its location is close to Borobudur temple, DI Yogyakarta city and Salatiga city, making Magelang a frequent stopover for traders and tourists. In addition to this attraction, this potential attracts tourist enthusiasts so that franchise restaurants, boutique hotel, office and residence with green building concept will be built so that the building blends with nature without changing or damaging the surrounding environment and strives to produce environmentally friendly buildings from the start. construction to other energy utilization. Magelang adalah kota pendidikan, perdagangan dan kota dengan destinasi wisata yang sudah popular bagi wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara. Lokasinya yang dekat dengan candi Borobudur, kota DI Yogyakarta dan kota Salatiga, menjadikan Magelang sering menjadi tempat persinggahan bagi para pedagang dan turis. Selain memiliki daya tarik tersebut, Potensi ini yang menarik peminat wisatawan sehingga akan dibangun Resto Waralaba, Hotel Butik, Kantor dan Rumah Tinggal yang berkonsep green building agar bangunan menyatu dengan alam tanpa ada merubah atau merusak alam sekitar dan berupaya menghasilkan bangunan yang ramah lingkungan dari mulai kontruksi hingga pemanfaatan energi lainnya.
