Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 telah membawa perubahan besar terhadap kehidupan di Indonesia, salah satunya Kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah-sekolah dihentikan sementara dan digantikan dengan media yang efektif, media baru Learning Management System (LMS) berperan sebagai saluran komunikasi yang memfasilitasi kegiatan belajar mengajar secara daring. Penelitian ini mencoba menggali bagaimana konstruksi teknologi yang di hasilkan dari LMS Nakula Edu sebagai saluran komunikasi LMS pada proses belajar mengajar secara daring. Penelitain ini menggunakan teori social construction of technology, dengan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan paradigma konstruktivis dengan pengambilan data wawancara kepada empat informan, yaitu product manager dan system analyst dari Nakula Edu, serta praktisi tenaga pendidik dan psikolog pendidikan. Data dikonfirmasi menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, sebauh medaia baru learning management system lahir dari kebutuhan masyarakat atau sekolah untuk mendapatkan fleksibilitas, kedekatan dan stabilisasi dalam proses belajar mengajar, j ==== The Covid-19 pandemic has brought major changes to life in Indonesia, one of which is teaching and learning activities in schools are temporarily suspended and replaced with effective media, the new media Learning Management System (LMS) acts as a communication channel that facilitates online teaching and learning activities. This study tries to explore how the construction of technology generated from the LMS Nakula Edu as an LMS communication channel in the online teaching and learning process. This research uses the theory of social construction of technology, with a qualitative approach, using the constructivist paradigm by collecting interview data from four informants, namely the product manager and system analyst from Nakula Edu, as well as teaching staff practitioners and educational psychologists. Data were confirmed using triangulation. The results showed that, a new media learning management system was born from the needs of the community or school to gain flexibility, closeness and stabilization in the teaching and learning process, as well as relevance to the needs of social groups built in schools.
