Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa seberapa besar pengaruh variabel Kesiapan Aplikasi (Persepsi Kemudahan dan Persepsi Manfaat), Kepercayaan dan E-Service Quality terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di e- commerce X di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan rumus teori Hair yang berjumlah 160 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik persamaan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan aplikasi AMOS versi 22. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Kesiapan Aplikasi, Kepercayaan dan E-Service Quality secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, E-Service Quality memiliki kontribusi terbesar dan paling signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian online. Kata Kunci: Persepsi Kemudahan, Persepsi Manfaat, Kepercayaan, Kualitas Layanan Elektronik, Keputusan Pembelian, E-Commerce The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of Application Readiness (Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness), Trust and Electronic Service Quality variable (E-Service Quality) on Purchase Decision to e-commerce X in Jabodetabek. This study is a purposive sampling, with 160 respondents. The Data analysis techniques which have been implemented used a AMOS 22 software to process and analyze the data from this study. The result of the study indicates that Application Readiness, Trust, and E-Service Quality had a significant effect on Purchase Decision to e-commerce X in Jabodetabek, E- Sevice Quality which has the largest and most significant contribution to online purchase Decision.
