Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of dividend policy, institutional ownership, and intellectual capital on firm value. The object for this research is property and real estate company ( Empirical Listed On The Indonesian Stock Exchange for The Period 2015-2017). Sampling in this study was purposive sampling with a number of specific criteria, resulting in 63 companys data. The analysis in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that dividend policy, institutional ownership and value added capital employed (VACA) have a positive and significant effect on the firm value. But value added human capital (VAHU) and value added structural capital (STVA) do not affect the value of the firm. Keywords :dividen policy, institusional ownership, intellectual capital, firm value, property, real estate Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan dividen, kepemilikan institusional, modal intelektual terhadap nilai perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan properti dan real estate (Empiris Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2017). Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan sejumlah kriteria tertentu, menghasilkan 63 data perusahaan. Analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan dividen, kepemilikan institusional dan value added capial employed (VACA) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Tetapi value added human capital (VAHU) dan structural capital value added (STVA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
