Abstract
ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Arus Lalu Lintas Dan Ruas Jalan Di Simpang Tak Bersinyal Tiga Lengan Menggunakan Metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997 (Studi Kasus Simpang Sumber Artha Jl. KH. Noer Ali – Jl. Jatibening), Achmad Rofianto Suyudi, 41114210001, Widodo Budi Dermawan, ST, M,Sc, 2018. Bertambahnya kepemilikan kendaraan dan mobilitas masyarakat yang cukup tinggi untuk melaksanakan aktifitas sehari-hari merupakan salah satu penyebab masalah lalu lintas di simpang Sumber Artha – Jalan KH. Noer Ali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan kinerja ruas jalan dan simpang tak bersinyal tiga lengan ditinjau dari kapasitas, derajat kejenuhan, tundaan, antrian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei langsung di lapangan untuk mendapatkan data geometrik simpang dan volume lalu lintas tertinggi dan selanjutnya di analisis menggunakan metode MKJI 1997. Berdasarkan hasil survei, didapat volume kendaraan terbesar pada waktu pagi hari Senin, 05 Maret 2018, diketahui nilai derajat (DS) sebesar 0.97 dengan tingkat pelayanan E, menunjukkan kondisi simpang yang tidak stabil. Maka dibuatlah alternatif dengan memberi rambu-rambu lalu lintas dilarang berhenti, membuat pelarangan belok kanan dari jalan mayor D ke jalan minor C, dan juga membuat pelarangan belok kanan dari jalan minor C ke jalan Mayor B. Sehingga didapatkan nilai derajat kejenuhan 0.62 dengan tingkat pelayanan C Dan untuk nilai ruas jalan derajat kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 0.51 dengan tingkat pelayanan C, menunjukkan ruas jalan masih dalam kondisi stabil. Noer Ali – Jatibening Street). Achmad Rofianto Suyudi, 41114210001, Widodo Budi Dermawan, ST, M,Sc, 2018. The vehicles owners increases and community mobility is so high to carry out daily activities, is one of the causes traffic problem in Sumber Artha intersection – KH. Noer Ali street. The Research purposes is to determine road section and Unsignilized Tjunction observed from capacity, degree of saturation, Delay, and Queue probability. Data collection by direct survey in the location to get geometric data and highest traffic volume at intersection. data and then analyzed used IHCM 1997.Based on the results of survey, the largest vehicle volume in the morning of Monday, 05th March 2018, the value of degree of saturation (DS) is 0.97 with level of service E, indicating an unstable intersection condition, Then an alternatives is planned by giving traffic signs prohibited to stop, making the ban turn right from major road D to C minor road, and also make the ban turn right from the minor road C to the road Major B. So the value of degree of saturation (DS) is 0.62 with level of service C And for road section the value of degree of saturation (DS) is 0.51 with service level C, shows the road is still in stable condition.
