Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Departemen CAR A/C PT. Denso Indonesia). Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada departemen CAR A/C PT. Denso Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 80 orang responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan departemen CAR A/C PT. Denso Indonesia. Gaya kepemimpinan dan Motivasi 82,1%, sedangkan 18,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam model ini dan tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the CAR A / C department at PT. Denso Indonesia. Leadership style and motivation is 82.1%, while 18.9% is explained by other variables which are not examined in this model and are not explained in this study.
