Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari ketiga variabel yaitu motivasi, disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada HOTEL JW MARRIOTT JAKARTA. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 responden yang dipilih secara accidental sampling dari karyawan tetap HOTEL JW MARRIOTT JAKARTA. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan HOTEL JW MARRIOTT JAKARTA, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan HOTEL JW MARRIOTT JAKARTA, Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan HOTEL JW MARRIOTT JAKARTA Kata Kunci :Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi dan Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus pada HOTEL JW MARRIOTT JAKARTA) ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the three variables, namely motivation, work discipline and organizational commitment on the performance of employees of JW MARRIOTT HOTEL JAKARTA. The sample taken in this study amounted to 50 respondents selected by accidental sampling from permanent employees of JW MARRIOTT HOTEL JAKARTA. The results showed that partially motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of JW MARRIOTT HOTEL JAKARTA, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of JW MARRIOTT HOTEL JAKARTA, Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance JW MARRIOTT HOTEL JAKARTA Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline and Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance (Case Study at JW MARRIOT HOTEL JAKARTA)
