Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari keempat variable yaitu mengetahui lingkungan kerja, stress kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor Kecamatan Jatisampurna.Dikarenakan jumlah populasi penelitian ini adalah 56 orang, maka jumlah sampel yang akan digunakan adalah jumlah dari populasi tersebut, yaitu 56 pegawai di kantor Kecamatan Jatisampurna. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 56 responden pegawai kantor Kecamatan Jatisampurna dengan sampel yang di tentukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian kausal dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS VERSI 21. Data yang diambil merupakan kuesioner terhadap pegawai kantor Kecamatan Jatisampurna. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Stres Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the four variables, namely knowing the work environment, work stress, and work motivation on the performance of the Jatisampurna sub-district office employees. Because the population of this study is 56 people, the number of samples to be used is the number of that population, namely 56 employees at the Jatisampurna District office. The sample taken in this study amounted to 56 respondents to the Jatisampurna sub-district office with samples that were determined using saturated sampling techniques. This study uses a quantitative approach with the design used is a causal research design using the SPSS VERSION 21 application. The data taken is a questionnaire for Jatisampurna district office employees. The results of this study indicate that work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work stress variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation variables have a positive and significant effect simultaneously (simultaneously) on employee performance.
