Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 63 karyawan PT. Mekar Karya Utama Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 63 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions versi 21. Peneletian ini membuktikan bahwa Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT The research objective was to see the influence of leadership and employee performance compensation. The population in this study were 63 employees of PT. Mekar Karya Utama Jakarta. The sample used was 63 employees. The sampling method uses saturated samples. Methods of data methods using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solutions version 21. This research proves that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
