Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja. Penelitian dilakukan di Badan kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Badan kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 75 pegawai . Populasi penelitian ini digunakan juga untuk sampel 75 responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 21. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan, (1) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional, (2) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompensasi Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional, (3) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional. Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, Motivasi dan Produktivitas kerja ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, compensation and motivation on work productivity. The research was conducted at the National Population and Family Planning Agency. This research is a quantitative research. The object of this research is all employees of the National Population and Family Planning Board. The population used in this study was 75 employees. The study population was also used for a sample of 75 respondents. Data processing was performed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 21. The data collection technique was carried out by using a questionnaire method. Based on the research results it can be concluded, (1) there is a positive and significant influence on the work discipline of the National Population and Family Planning Agency, (2) there is a positive and significant effect on the compensation of the National Population and Family Planning Board, (3) there is a positive and significant effect. against the motivation of the National Population and Family Planning Board.
