Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Atelier Enam Project Management. Dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh populasi digunakan menjadi sample yang berjumlah 70 karyawan. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Pengolahan data untuk uji statistik dilakukan dengan program SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian Ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi, kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Atelier Enam Project Management. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Kedisiplinan, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, discipline and work environment on employee performance. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Atelier Enam Project Management, In this study, using a saturated sample, the entire population is used as a sample, amounting to 70 employees. Furthermore, Then the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Data processing for statistical tests was carried out with the SPSS 22 program. The results of this study prove that motivation, discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Atelier Enam Project Management.
