Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Gematracon Lestari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Gematracon Lestari. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 35 orang responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 21. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan, (1) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompensasi pada PT.Gematracon Lestari, (2) ada pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pada PT. Gematracon Lestari, (3) ada pengaruh pengaruh positif dantidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional pada PT. Gematracon Lestari. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasional, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of compensation, work motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance. The research was conducted at PT. Gematracon Lestari. This research is quantitative research. The object of this research is all employees of PT. Gematracon Lestari. This study was conducted on 35 respondents. Data processing is done with Statistical Package forthe Social Sciences(SPSS) version 21. The analytical methods used in thisstudy are multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing. Data collection techniques are carried out by questionnaire method. Based on the results of the research can be concluded, (1) there is a positive and significant influence on compensation on PT. Gematracon Lestari, (2) there is a negative and insignificant influence on work motivation on PT. Gematracon Lestari, (3) there is a positive and insignificant influence on organizational commitment to PT. Gematracon Lestari .
