Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh imbalan finansial, imbalan interpersonal dan promosi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 karyawan CV. Allmak Indonesia. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 30 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Alat bantu analisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel imbalan finansial, imbalan interpersonal dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Imbalan Finansial, Imbalan Interpersonal , Promosi dan Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of financial rewards, interpersonal rewards and promotions on employee performance. The population in this study were 30 employees of CV. Allmak Indonesia. The sample used was 30 employees. The sampling method used saturated sampling. Data collection methods using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Analysis’s system that used is a statistic analysis as multiple linear regression tests with SPSS version 26 application. The results of this study indicate that partially the variable financial rewards, interpersonal rewards and promotions have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables.
