Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Faktor – faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 220 karyawan PT. Sika Indonesia. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah seluruh populasi yaitu sebanyak 69 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Propotional Stratified Random Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions versi 21. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengambangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Disiplin, Motivasi, Pengembangan Karir, Kinerja Karyawan.
