Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkonfirmasi dan membuktikan secara empiris model hubungan maupun pengaruh antar variabel turnover intention, kompensasi, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja di PT. Buana Megah Teknik. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 98 orang dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Data diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil pengujian menunjukan kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi manfaat bagi karyawan PT. Buana Megah Teknik serta pimpinan perusahaan. Perusahaan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan komitmen organisasi karyawan guna meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan terhadap perusahaan sehingga tingkat turnover intention karyawan akan semakin rendah. Kata kunci: kompensasi, komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja, turnover intention ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to confirm and empirically prove the relationship model and influence between turnover intention, compensation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction variables at PT. Buana Megah Teknik. The population of this study was 98 people using a quantitative approach, the sample used saturated sampling. The method of collecting data through a questionnaire. Data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires were analyzed using statistical analysis techniques in the form of SEM-PLS. The test results show that compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The results of this study are expected to benefit employees of PT. Buana Megah Teknik and company leaders. The company is expected to increase employee organizational commitment in order to increase employee loyalty to the company so that the employee turnover intention will be lower.
