Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam era Globalisasi persaingan antar perusahaan semakin tinggi, sehingga perusahaan perlu meningkatkan performancenya disegala bidang, salah satu hal terpenting adalah peningkatan sumber daya manusia, hal ini bertujuan agar perusahaan dapat bertahan di tengah- tengah persaingan global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh tingkat kesejahteraan ekonomi, fasilitas dan pelayanan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebara kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 75 karyawan PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia Cabang Ciracas. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi linier berganda menggunakan software SPSS version 21.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan sikap kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Sikap Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT In the era of globalization, competition between companies is getting higher, so companies need to improve their performance in all fields, one of the most important things is to increase human resources, this is intended so that companies can survive in the midst of global competition. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the level of economic welfare, facilities and services on employee performance. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and was carried out on 75 employees of PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia Ciracas Branch. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive method with Multiple linear regression techniques using SPSS version 21.0 software. The results of the analysis show that work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance and work attitude has a significant effect on employee performance.
