Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Rekadaya Multi Adiprima Kabupaten Bogor Provinsi Jawa Barat. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Rekadaya Multi Adiprima Kabupaten Bogor Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 60 orang responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 2.3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi dan Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Rekadaya Multi Adiprima Kabupaten Bogor Provinsi Jawa Barat. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, Pengembangan Karir dan Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of work Leadership, Compensation and Career Development on employee performance. This research was conducted in PT. Rekadaya Multi Adiprima Bogor Regency West Java Province. The object of this research is all employees of PT. Rekadaya Multi Adiprima Bogor Regency West Java Province. This research was done to 60 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Data processing is performed by analysis in the form Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 2.3. The results of this research shows that work Leadership, Compensation and Career Development on employee performance have a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT.
