Abstract

This study aims to determine the influences of job satisfaction, compensation and work environment on nurse work discipline at RS. An-Nisa Tangerang. This research design used a descriptive and quantitative approach. The population in this study are 173 nurses at RS. An-Nisa Tangerang. This research uses the slovin formula in determining the sample. Sample in this study were 63 nurses at RS. An-Nisa Tangerang. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to obtain the required data. Data analysis method used is Partial Least Square. The result of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Keywords: Job satisfacation, Compensation, Work Environment, Work DisciplinePenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Disiplin Kerja Perawat di Rs.An-Nisa Tangerang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 173 perawat di RS An-Nisa Tangerang . Penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin dalam menentukan sampel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 63 Orang perawat di RS An-Nisa Tangerang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan. Metode analisis menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Kompensasi berbengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Kata kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja.
