Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Cabang Cililitan Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 70 orang. ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data Regresi Linier Berganda dengan bantuan Aplikasi Program SPSS version 21.0. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis uji T bahwa motivasi kerja, disiplin, dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian secara simultan dengan menggunakan uji F, menunjukan bahwa semua variabel bebas berpengaruh positi dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi kerja, Disiplin, Kompensasi, dan Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, discipline, and compensation on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Cililitan Jakarta Branch. Data were collected through a questionnaire which was distributed to 70 people. This method uses a quantitative approach with the method of data analysis of Multiple Linear Regression with the help of the SPSS version 21.0 application program. Based on the T test hypothesis testing that work motivation, discipline, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the study simultaneously using the F test, show that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
