Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 368 karyawan PT. Nipress Tbk Bagian Produksi. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 80 responden dengan sample yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian kausal dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS VERSI 21 (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
