Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi dan Disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Noosc Global. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Noosc Global di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampe jenuh dengan total populasi sampel yaitu 31 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS Versi 21. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompensasi, Motivasi, dan Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Noosc Global. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Noosc Global in Jakarta. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sample with a total sample population of 31 respondents. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using SPSS Version 21. This study proves that compensation, Motivation, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
