Abstract
HR recruitment in every company is different method. Some are still using conventional methods, some are using total digitalization or even semiconventional digital. In this case, PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) has been using a semi-conventional-digital method in which prospective employees send CVs to company recruitment emails. This method was felt to be increasingly troublesome for the recruiter. When there is a surge in prospective employees and causes spam e-mail, the recruiter is very difficult to collect the files of prospective employees and select them manually. This results in losses in terms of the time required and the mismatch of the results to be obtained. Moreover, another problem arises when there is a recruitment in a branch that has different provisions in each of its branches. Based on the above problems, research is needed related to a structured and integrated recruitment system between branches and headquarters. From the start of the selection process to acceptance. Therefore, this study proposes the title of a decision support system for recruitment of prospective employees within PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) with the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method. Key words: conventional, digitalization, recruitment Perekrutan SDM di setiap perusahaan memang berbeda-beda metodenya. Ada yang masih menggunakan metode konvensional, ada yang menggunakan digitalisasi total atau bahkan semi konvensional-digital. Dalam hal ini, PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (persero) selama ini menggunakan metode semi konvensional-digital yaitu para calon pegawai mengirimkan cv ke email rekrutmen perusahaan. Metode ini dirasa sudah semakin merepotkan pihak recruiter. Ketika terjadi lonjakan calon pegawai dan menyebabkan spam email, pihak recruiter sangat kesulitan mengumpulkan berkas-berkas calon pegawai dan menyeleksinya secara manual. Hal ini menimbulkan kerugian dari segi waktu yang dibutuhkan dan ketidaksesuaian hasil yang akan didapat. Apalagi masalah lain timbul ketika ada rekrutmen di cabang yang memang berbeda-beda ketentuan di tiap cabangnya. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, diperlukan penelitian terkait sistem perekrutan yang terstruktur dan terintegrasi antara cabang dengan kantor pusat. Dari mulai proses seleksi hingga penerimaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengajukan judul sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan calon pegawai di lingkungan PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) dengan metode analytical hierarchy process (AHP).
