Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of employee job satisfaction, job training and employee work discipline on productivity at PT Primajaya Pantes Garment. Where three independent variables and one dependent variable are proposed, namely employee job satisfaction, job training and employee work discipline as independent variables and performance as the dependent variable. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Primajaya Pantes Garment, as many as 65 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling where all the population is used as the research sample. by using a causal research design. The analysis technique used for this test is descriptive analysis and test instruments in the form of validation tests and reliability tests with smartPLS (Partial Least Square) version 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Primajaya Pantes Garment. Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline, Training, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja karyawan, pelatihan kerja dan disiplin kerja karyawan terhadap produktivitas di PT Primajaya Pantes Garment. Dimana diajukan tiga variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat, yaitu kepuasan kerja karyawan, pelatihan kerja dan disiplin kerja karyawan sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja sebagai variabel terikat. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari PT. Primajaya Pantes Garment sebanyak 65 Responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dimana semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. dengan menggunakan design penelitian kausal. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk pengujian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji instrumen dalam bentuk Uji Validasi dan Uji Realibilitas dengan software smartPLS (Partial Least Square) Versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Primajaya Pantes Garment. Kata kunci :Kepuasan Kerja, Pelatihan, Disiplin Karyawan, dan Kinerja Karyawan.
