Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan PT. Ritel Global Solusi. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 63 responden karyawan PT. Ritel Global Solusi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Sampel Jenuh di mana semua jumlah populasi digunakan sebagai sampel, yaitu sebanyak 63 responden karyawan PT. Ritel Global Solusi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja. Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja. Kata kunci: Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja This study aims to know the effect of motivation, job satisfaction, and work environment on employee work discipline of PT. Global Retail Solution. The population in this study was 63 respondents of PT. Global Retail Solution. The sampling technique used is the Saturated Sample where all the total population is used as a sample, as many as 63 respondents of employees of PT. Global Retail Solution. Data collection methods using survey methods, with research instruments using a questionnaire. In this research the method of data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results in this study indicate that the effect of motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline.
