Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Mercu Buana. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey, tingkat eksplanasi dengan penelitian deskriptif dan asosiatif, serta pengembangannya dengan penelitian cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian meliputi 66 tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan Fakultas Teknik. Jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan sebesar 66 responden dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner untuk memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan. Jumlah responden yang mengembalikan kuesioner sebanyak 30 Orang. Teknik pengujian data meliputi uji instrumen dan uji asumsi klasik. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda, uji statistik secara simultan (uji F), uji hipotesis (Uji t), uji koefisien determinasi (R2 ) dan analisa korelasi antar dimensi dengan bantuan program SPSS 23.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, pelatihan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Mercu Buana baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menambah variabel lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja yang belum digunakan dalam penelitian ini seperti, lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan dan promosi karyawan. This study aims to determine the influence of competence, training and compensation on the performance of educators and education personnel Faculty of Engineering, Mercu Buana University. The research design used is quantitative research with survey method, explanation level with descriptive and associative research, and its development with cross-sectional research. The research population includes 66 educators and education staff of Faculty of Engineering. The number of samples determined is 66 respondents using saturated sampling method. The research data was collected by distributing questionnaires to obtain the required data. Number of respondents who returned questionnaire as many as 30 people. Data testing techniques include instrument test and classical assumption test. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous statistical test (F test), hypothesis test (t test), determination coefficient test (R2 ) and inter-dimensional correlation analysis with SPSS 23.0 for windows program. The results showed that competence, training and compensation have a significant positive effect on the performance of educators and education personnel of Faculty of Engineering, University of Mercu Buana either simultaneously or partially. Further research is suggested to add other variables that affect the performance that has not been used in this research such as work environment, leadership style and employee promotion.
