Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 34 pegawai Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Wilayah II Lantai.14. Sampel yang digunakan adalah semua total populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS3. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) This study aims to analyze the Effect of Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The population in this study was 34 employees of the Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Wilayah II Floor.14. The sample used is all total population. Data collection method using survey methods, with research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using SmartPLS3. This study proves that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Job satisfaction has a positive and not significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
