Abstract
Quality Control is a useful technique for companies to be able to find out the quality of their products before they are marketed to consumers. Quality control techniques can help companies in knowing the quality of the product based on predetermined control limits. To overcome this quality control, it is carried out with several quality control tools. The quality control tools used are DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and SPC (Statistical Process Control). The DMAIC method is used to get an overview of which machines have many defects and SPC is used to see the existing statistical rejects and see the causes that often occur. The results of DMAIC machines that have rejects are Poximat machines amounted to 28369 pcs, resolutions with SPC can be seen with controlled control maps located in the upper and lower limits and have a correlation of 0.9958, which means very strongly related to the amount of production with reject goods. Keywords: DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), SPC (Statistical Process Control), Seven Tools. Pengendalian Kualitas merupakan teknik yang bermanfaat bagi perusahaan untuk dapat mengetahui kualitas produknya sebelum dipasarkan kepada konsumen. Teknik pengendalian kualitas dapat membantu perusahaan dalam mengetahui kelayakan kualitas produk berdasarkan batas-batas control yang telah ditentukan. Untuk mengatasi pengendalian kualitas tersebut, maka dilakukan dengan beberapa alat pengendalian kualitas, Alat-alat pengendalian kualitas yang digunkan adalah DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) dan SPC (Statistical Process Control ). Metode DMAIC digunakan untuk mendaptkan gambaran mesin mana yang memiliki cacat yang banyak dan SPC digunakan untuk melihat statistic reject yang ada dan melihat penyebab yang sering terjadi. Hasil dari DMAIC mesin yang memiliki reject dalah mesin Poximat sebesar 28369 pcs, penyelesain dengan SPC dapat dilihat dengan peta kendali terkontol berada di dalam batas atas dan batas bawah dan memiliki korelasi sebesar 0,9958 yang berarti sangat kuat terkaitan jumlah produksi dengan barang reject.
