Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour karyawan PT. Link Net Tbk Tangerang. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 773 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling dengan perhitungan rumus slovin sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 89 responden karyawan PT. Link Net Tbk Tangerang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour. Kata Kunci: Keadilan Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Organizational Ctizenship Behaviour This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice, work environment, and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior of employees of PT. Link Net Tbk Tangerang. Total population of 773 employees. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling with the calculation of Slovin formula so that the number of samples was 89 respondents of PT. Link Net Tbk Tangerang. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results in this study indicate that organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
