Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Service Quality, Persepsi Harga dan Lokasi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Penumpang Studi Kasus Penumpang MRT Jakarta. MRT merupakan upaya dari pemerintah untuk meningkatkan penggunaan transportasi umum sehingga diperlukan analisis terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian penumpang. Pada penelitian ini, maka peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif bertujuan untuk menguji hasil hipotesis yang sudah ditentukan serta sifatnya eksplanasi untuk mencari hubungan atau pengaruh antar variabel. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen atau penumpang KRL Jabodetabek. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Variance Based Structural Equation Model dimana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Service Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, (2) Persepsi Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dan (3) Lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Kata Kunci : Keputusan Pembelian, Service Quality, Persepsi Harga, Lokasi This study aims to analyze the effect of Service Quality, Price and Location Perceptions on Passenger Purchasing Decisions in the Jakarta MRT Passenger Case Study. The MRT is an attempt by the government to increase the use of public transportation so an analysis of the factors that influence passenger purchasing decisions is needed. In this study, the researchers used quantitative research methods aimed at testing the results of hypotheses that have been determined and the nature of explanation to look for relationships or influences between variables. The population in this study are consumers or passengers of Jabodetabek KRL. The data analysis method used in this study is the Variance Based Structural Equation Model where the data processing uses Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, (2) Price Perception has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, and (3) Location has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions Keyword: Purchasing Decisions, Service Quality, Price Perception, Location
