Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out the right Heavy Transport Equipment service providers to support the operational and mobilization of rig PT. Pertamina Driling Services Indonesia. Retrieval of questionnaire data was carried out by the researchers themselves to decision makers totaling 5 people. Namely Moving & Mobilization Ast. Man, Rig Superintendent, Ast Data Management Vendor, Logistics Supervisor, Moving & Mobilization Supervisor. In consideration of the selection of HTE providers there are main criteria which consist of 4 criteria, namely criteria for timeliness, criteria for HTE fleet reliability, cost criteria and goods safety criteria. Of the 3 alternative choices of HTE providers planned, HTE providers that get the highest weighting rating are PT. Widodo Lintas Samudra (PT. WLS), with a value of 0.38. This shows that PT. Widodo Lintas Samudra is the right HTE provider to effectively support the mobilization of Rig and all its equipment. Key Words : HTE provider, Criteria, Mobilization Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyedia jasa Heavy Transport Equipment yang tepat untuk mendukung operasional dan mobilisasi rig PT. Pertamina Driling Services Indonesia. Pengambilan data kuesioner dilakukan oleh peneliti sendiri ke pengambil keputusan yang berjumlah 5 orang. Yaitu Moving & Mobilization Ast. Man, Rig Superintendent, Vendor Data Management Ast, Logistic Supervisor, Moving & Mobilization Supervisor. Dalam pertimbangan pemilihan penyedia HTE terdapat kriteria utama yang terdiri dari 4 kriteria yaitu kriteria ketepatan waktu, kriteria kehandalan armada HTE, kriteria biaya dan kriteria keamanan barang. Dari 3 pilihan alternatif penyedia HTE yang direncanakan, penyedia HTE yang mendapatkan bobot penilaian tertinggi adalah PT. Widodo Lintas Samudra (PT. WLS), dengan nilai 0,38. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. Widodo Lintas Samudra merupakan penyedia HTE yang tepat untuk menunjang mobilisasi Rig beserta seluruh peralatannya secara efektif dan efisien.
